Awesomi SpA was founded in 2013 in Chile and is a socially responsible startup empowering knowledge sharing and competence development. Traditional education system is obsolete. For too many it is still a privilege, not a right, especially in developing countries. Schools kill creativity and prevent students to find and develop their talents. Goal of the present education systems is diploma instead of competence development. Awesomi is innovative future education tool for developing competences. Awesomi enables users to share knowledge within competence interests by writing posts, questions or answers. Knowledge is measured by community and traceable as a competence on user’s profile. Competence is measured in real time as a ratio between content type, activity and collected votes from community. Profiles visualize measured knowledge by displaying competence and activity graphs. It shows user’s rank among all active users within particular competence interests.
