FoodCast!

FoodCast is an on-line real-time marketplace for food delivery where diners request food, stating the group size, and restaurants answer by bidding against the request with pre-approved packs. Traditional food delivery apps require users the complex task of building an order for a group of people, after browsing through endless restaurant choices and menus. At the other end, restaurants wait passively by the phone with no visibility for the consumers they lost. FoodCast does not only solves all this but gives restaurants an innovative tool to proactively address the demand and react based on their occupancy rate and to implement revenue management accordingly. Our main goal is to create a demand pool to which any restaurant can access using a pull marketing strategy. This will lower entrance barriers for the Food Delivery Industry allowing small niche restaurant to enter the market, thus increasing the market diversity. FoodCast is the next generation in Food Delivery Apps.
