Klouber® was founded in 2013 in Chile, also having operations in Washington DC, USA. Born to meet a perceived demand among managers and skilled recruiters who wish to be mostly effective in deciding for either candidate. To meet this desire, Klouber® performs an asynchronous interview recorded by a recruiter for the company, Klouber® or a public figure. This interview is answered by hundreds of applicants, at any time, from anywhere in the world. This experience test, scales, questionnaires and psychological tests of knowledge, which the applicant must respond are added. All this is complemented with an analysis of nonverbal language by the expert team Klouber®, obtaining a test that allows more effective decision-making process related to recruitment.
