Shape Your Way is the work-life shaping platform for professionals. People learn and grow through the work they do, but too often they feel unfulfilled, unhappy, lost, stuck in their jobs. On Shape Your Way we designed a complex exploratory and transformational process implemented with the help of technology and human intervention (certified coaches) 1) First, a user will assess his/her level of happiness and engagement at work, with the help of a work happiness assessment tool. 2) Second, the user goes through an automated digital coaching process, based on the GROW coaching methodology (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GROW_model). The entire process runs on gamification principles. 3) Third, the user can go further go in depth to analyze his work situation and find solutions, through a direct interaction with a certified coach. The video capacity for these one-on-one coaching sessions will be embedded to the platform.
